Amy Cullinan

Practice owner and Biokineticist 

Amy completed both her BSc in Sport Science and her BSc (med) Honours in Biokinetics at Stellenbosch University. During her internship year, she discovered a strong passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions, as well as guiding clients through post-surgical rehabilitation. 

With a deep appreciation for movement and performance, Amy combines clincial knowledge with a practical understanding of exercise and recovery. As an avid triathlete who spends her free time training, she brings firsthand experience, empathy, and enthusiasm into every session.  

Leah Pearce

Biokineticist 

Leah has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Biokinetics at the North-West University. She has a special interest in helping individuals manage chronic conditions through evidence-based rehabilitation and holistic, movement-focused care. With a passion for long distance running, Leah also enjoys working with runners to improve strength, enhance performance, and reduce risk of injury through targeted exercise and conditioning programmes.
